Job Purpose |
The Director of Analytics serves as the lead data and research analyst for the College of Charleston’s Enrollment Planning division. The Director is responsible for ensuring that Enrollment Planning leadership is empowered with analytics
and information required to make effective data-driven decisions, achieve the College’s enrollment goals, and contribute to successful strategic plan implementation. Primary duties include business intelligence development, data analysis and modeling, data
pipeline construction, mentoring and supervision, and process documentation. This role is collaborative with multiple offices across campus including Admissions, Financial Aid, University Marketing, and Institutional Research. |
Minimum Requirements |
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or relevant field. Work experience in data management, data analysis, and/or business intelligence or analytics, preferably in a higher education setting. Candidates
with an equivalent combination of experience and/or education are encouraged to apply. |
