The Cougars needed one win or one Drexel loss to UNCW this weekend to qualify for the postseason. While the rain fell in Delaware, the Dragons took the Seahawks to extra innings before dropping a 4-0 decision. The series against the Blue Hens is now scheduled for two games on Saturday beginning at 11 a.m., but the forecast calls for continued rain. If the doubleheader cannot be played, the Cougars will be back in action on Thursday at the conference tournament in Elon, N.C.
